Dear Sir,
I purchased Nokia N79 phone from M/s Royal Mobiles, 10/127, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi - 110017 on 5th May vide their bill No RM/1570/09/10 in the name of my daughter in law Mrs Geetica Khurana for Rs 17, 400/-.
While starting this mobile phone I noticed that the names which I saved in the phone did not appear on the screen for outgoing and incoming calls. I immediately contacted M/s Royal Mobiles who advised me to contact Nokia Care Centre i.e., K.N. Services, Corner Market, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi - 110017 and accordingly went to them. They took my mobile and kept with them for about eight hours and returned the same to me next day. But there was same problem again and I went to them four times vide their token Nos 50, 64, 84 and 95 but the problem is still there.
I have sent mails to Nokia and they again advise me to go to Nokia Care Centre but I do not want to go there as K.N. Services have created some more problens in the mobile set as mentioned hereunder:
1. Outgoing service of SMS does not work.
2. The Mobile phone has become slow.
3. There are many scraches on the screen and I have spent Rs 350/- for the scrach card.
I am a senior citizen and not able to go to Nokia Care Centre again and again.
As such I am contacting you for this problem.
