Dear Sir,
Before 4 months I have replaced my battery from nokia. My New Battery is BL-5C (Serial No. is 0670400363563O311A13608813). After using the volume of my mobile gradually reduced. I am not able to hear my callers voice clearly. To test my handset when I insert one of my friends old battery (same model) the voice is loud and clear.
Kindly replace the battery and give me another good one, so that I can use my handset comfortable.
