Dear Nokia,
I purchased the 5800 Xpressmusic handset in June. Since then the phone has been to the Nokia care center 4 times.
First time was when the preinstalled songs suddenly stopped playing after version update
Second time - when the phone failed to start and the case was creaking - was with Nokia care for 12 days
Third time - Immediately after that the phone touch did not respond in a correct manner and the phone went back to Nokia for 15 days
Fourth time - The phone still did not respond correctly to touch and was with nokia care for 3 days
Currently I am not able to access my sms from the memory card wherein all other files are accessible. All other memory cards are working fine.
Along with it the glass gives a creaking noise every time I touch it.
I have paid Rs. 18500 believing that Nokia would give me a good product. I like the features that the phone provides but no use if the phone is with Nokia care for most of the time it is in warranty.
Give me my money back or give me a problem free 5800.
