I AM POOR CUSTOMER MISGUIDED & BEFOOLED BY THE NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE.
I HAD GIVEN THE SET TO NOKIA CARE AT MOBILE TECH (ADJ HOTEL JIWAN PLAZA) FOR ESTIMATE FOR REPAIR.
THEY HAD NOT GIVEN ME SET BACK SAME DAY INSPITE OF MY REQUESTS.
THE NEXT DAY THEY HAD DELIVERED THE SET. I SURPRISE TO KNOW THAT THEY HAD DEMANDED RS 3500/- FOR REPAIR (LCD & MOTHERBOARD TO BE CHANGED).
I HAD TAKEN THE SET BACK.
I HAD SHOWN TO MY BROTHER.
WE AERE SHOCKED TO SEE THAT BOTH THE SCREEN & MOTHERBOARD ARE CHANGED. (I HAD ALREADY KEEP THEM MARKED. BUT NO MARKS ARE THEIR IN DELIVERED SET.
WHEN I HAD TAKEN THE MATTER TO THE CENTER, THEY REPLIED THEIR ARE LOTS OF SETS FOR REPAIR. IT MIGHT BE POSSIBLE THAT SCREEN MAY BE CHANGED.
HOW IT IS POSSIBLE.
KINDLY ADVICE ME HOW I APPROCH THIS MATTER.
