Hello Nokia,
I have been using your products for past 6 years and my
family members all have a Nokia set. Well I'm coming to
the point, i purchased a NOKIA 1202c (details given
below), 1 year ago and i had no issues untill 29/10/09
when my service provider BHARATHI AIRTEL contacted me
telling that my IMEI number is invalid and if i don't
register my IMEI number with 200 INR to a govt agency
all the services would be withdrawn from my handset
1202c.
Here comes two questions
[1] IMEI registration and headache is NOKIA's responsibility
and customer is only suppose to use it isn't it?
[2] Why should i register your IMEI number for which i paid
for your product which inc all the IMEI stuff?

i would have to forward this to consumer forum / court, either
NOKIA should convince my service provider or register this IMEI
number for my mobile.
