Sir,

In continuation to my telephonic instruction yesterday (03/11/09 FN), I am sending this mail to you for immediate action, through the department/s concerned.

1) Stupid messages regarding cricket etc., which I loathe have to be stopped with immediate effect. In spite of my instruction yesterday even today (04/11/09) I am receiving such messages. You told me that you will put a DO NOT DISTURB LOCK on messages coming to me, probably you have forgotten.

2) Also for a local call at Chennai made to my number (9789114162) by my son showed a debit of Rs.4 from my balance. I fail to see how this can happen.

3) Immediate action for rectification is to be ensured under intimation to me, failing which I have two options. Viz:-

i) Seek legal redress for your harassment of a SENIOR CITIZEN.

ii) Throw your AIRTEL SIM CARD into the garbage bin and write a letter to “THE HINDU”, explained how Airtel is the most unfriendly firm for the subscriber.
