First time i had switched to nokia, due to high reputition of the company, i bought a nokia 5610 for 14500 bucks and after 2 weeks of the purchase, my phone`s display was gone (the phone has a tft display). The worst part is after sitting in the service centre for about 2 hrs, i was told that my phone will have to be taken to the nokia lucknow service centre as it cannot be repaired/replaced through the kanpur service centre (apex, nokia care, somdutt plaza). i was asked for a period of two weeks, after 2 weeks when i enquired about the phone, i got a very rude reply from the nokia care guy that my phone hasnt come yet, and he is not sure till when it will come, he told me they will call me if my phone comes back from lucknow, and then he banged the phone by refusing to reply my further questions. Now 20 days have passed and i dont know where my phone is, i have lost all my contacts, i am not provided even with a back up cell, so i had to spend another 2000 bucks to get another phone, till i get a reply from the service centre. Now i acn only cry for that days, when i was planning to buy an airtel blackburry, and instead i bought this phone. Please help me with the info, what can be done. Thank you
