The hand set has developed a technical snag on the LED screen within 8 months from purchase. I have observed on the morning of 21st. Jan two thin lines with a blot on the screen. The length of the lines has since increased considerably. I have taken the hand set to your authorized service centre at following address on 22nd and 23rd Jan.2008

The above service centre regretted inability to carry the service free of charge even though the hand set is within warranty period. The reason informed to us is that screen is not covered under warranty. Your above authorized centre demanded Rs 2100/- for repair irrespective of the fact that the set is under warranty.
The second Nokia care shop we appraoched was :

The lady at this shop behaved un naturally rudely with us regarding the problem in my handset & refused for any direct help.
This is not acceptable to me. It appears that your authorized service centres are evading the responsibility or probably trying to earn some quick bucks through arm twisting method. This is least expected from a company of your repute.
The hand set is always kept in a protective crystal cover and handled with utmost care, probably as much as a mother does to her new born child. I request you to inform the service centre at Pune to do the needful free of charge without delay
