I have purchased Mobile Bearing No – Nokia 6681. as per the announcement of the Nokia Company my Mobile Battery Bearing No: - BL-5C-0670400363563N167313101159. This battery as per the company norms is defective I have informed the Nokia company by opening the site www.nokia.com about one year back. However till today I have not received replacement of the battery. I therefore request you to look into the matter and ask the company to replace my mobile battery my Cell No: - 9422318437 and my Landline No: - 020-25670777.
