Sir,
I'm from India (Chennai). I gave my Nokia 5500 sport for warranty service on Feb 5th. My jobsheet no. is 3200270905.They said i'll get a replacement for my mobile. After 20 days they told me that they don't have stock for 5500, so they offered me 6300 .But I didn't accepted it, as it's a series 40 mobile, much lower version than my mobile. My mobile belongs to series 60 3rd edition v9.1 platform.
I mailed to Nokia care they said they'll take further step to resolve my problem. But I didn't get my mobile yet. I've mailed them more than thrice, they are just giving me assurance. Everytime they are replying me that their executives will call me. But I didn't recieved not even a single call from them. As they offered me an alternate lower version mobile, I asked them to give me an alternate series 60 3rd edition phone. But they're not replying me. More than a month has gone. Still I didn't get my mobile.
Please take futrther action to solve my problem to get my mobile as quick as possible.
