My mobile repairing problem

I had bought Nokia N73M from Nokia pririty dealer.

and my mobile becomes hang when i am opening the contacts

since from first day i am facing this problem

everytime i had gone to the nokia service center and they are sending this mobile to higher department.

everytime i recieve the mobile i am getting the same problem again and again...
