Time settings

Hi

I have Nokia 7210 handset, from the vry day first day i ve bought this handset, there is problem in the time settings.

Whenever any sms comes the time showed below the sms is always 4-5 hours before the it is sent.

Even this is the same problm face by one of my frnd.

Plese tell us the is it a software defect in the mobile or...
