Battery Buldging Problem

I have Purchased the 6233 mobile from the Nokia dealer in Feb.

Now I opened the battery cover and try to refit it its not fitting.

seems that the battery has buldged.

This is not only the case of mine. One of my friend who is using this same mobile is also facing the same problem.

Its really wierd to see these type of Problem in the mobile6233
