Delaying in exchanging battery

Dear sir

I buy a cell on 24 april . on 13may i gave my battery for exchanging battery. first time they ask that you take your battery after 15 days after that they ask you come after 7 days and now 45days passed and they didn't deliver my battery. and now they ask that the stock will come after 15 days.

Now what can Ido???
