Delay in repairing/replacement of new mobile set

I have handed over my mobile set model N- 72 to Nokia Care Center (HCL) Preet Vihar on 11/06. I have checked the status on 15/06. I was told that my mobile set has been sent for replacement and the replaced set will be handed over to me 21/06. i was also told that maximum time for delievry of replaced set is 15 days

I again called on 20/06 for confirming the delievery date. I was again told to confirm on 28/06 for confirming the delievery date and was told that handset has not been dispatched from banglore office.

I again called on 27/06 for confirming the delievery date I was again told to confirm on 30/06 for confirming the delievery date and was told that handset has not been dispatched from banglore office.

Further on my request they have provided me the call center number of banglore. They lodged my complaint (complaint number 2-352xsf) and asked me to call on 30/06 for getting the confirm date of delivery of set.

I again called on 30/06 and I was told to contact local service cetre on 08/07 for collection of set.
