Like the 403 people who have suffered before me, trusting NOKIA to be a good brand and of international recognition, I purchased a NOKIA 2600 C2 from SUBHIKSHA mobile. Within 4 days there was a problem in it. I submitted the handset to NOKIA CARE centre on 25th June. Till date they are not able to give an exact date as to when I will get the handset back from Warranty repair.
There is no update from NOKIA Customer care number either.
Now I keep on calling them begging to know the status of my own purchased handset with no one actually been able to tell where it is. i donot know what to do and have logged this complaint. I dont know how action wil l be taken against Nokia but do have a hope that this corporates can be taken to task
