I want to lodge the complaint against the malfunctioning of the idea net setter which I had bought from idea person named Vinay at my home address in the name of my father shri harihar singh, NTPC, Badar Pur, New Delhi-110044 for Rs 2490
the Sim number for this net setter is 9990383794.
Since 10 days after its activation as confirmed from telephonic conversation with the concerned person. The net setter is not working on one dell desktop having vista home basic, dell laptop with windows xp and acer laptop with windows vista. There is no body in company who is going to listen even customer care is just behave reluctantly. They are not lodging any complain saying its problem with your computers. Now the customer care person Mr. Sahil is saying that it will not work with windows vista basic. But on the net setter box it is written that it will work.
The company people are just ruthless.
