Dear Sirs,
Unwanted calls (advertisementes) are coming to my number so frequently from certain reliance numbers causing a serious disturbance in my office work. I have requested the customer care on 9861098610 for a solution. But, it is unfortunate that they expressed their inability to stop these unwanted calles. Only they requested them not to make any further calles. But all in vain. It is unfortunate that the staff of the customer care are reluctant to talk with me on the issue. Now I am tired of these calls. I am a customer of relience smart since last 10 years. Now I have no option but to stop using reliance service. My no. is 9861152962. Hope the officers of customer care unit sholud be advised to keep patience to listen the problems of an old customer like me and my problem should be taken care.
