Please help

I'm sorry this is a not a complaint but i need help... my cell fell down and its screen does not show anything... just a few coloured lines... i guess the screen configuration is disturbed... please can anyone immediately tell me whether the data will be retrievable or not... it will remain in the SIM?..and can the screen be repaired?..it's the inner screen not the outer one... please help immediately
