Speaker complaint

I bought nokia 5233 on last november. I have some problem in speaker. I give my mobile to service in nokia care at coimbatore gokulam towers. But tat complaint again repeating. I need some better service for my mobile. I told this complaint again in nokia care by phone but they dint take seriously. Please make some help for me. My contact number 8438257672
