Dear Sir / Madam,
I had purchased a Nokia Handset 3600 Slider (IMEI 355706020064765) with Bill No. 6336 dated 27/07 from Bombay Photo Sales - Chandigarh and the same instrument was dead and submitted to Nokia Care centre (GSM Solutions-Ropar) dated 30/07 with Job Sheet No. 21434506/08/0731/15 and till today i.e. 04/09 the same instrument is not repaired or replaced from Nokia.
New Instrument getting dead within 3 days of purchase, Nokia need to replace the instrument and the way of talking of the customer care represntative and the Nokia Care centre people.
I have complaint regarding the issue of dead instrument to Nokia dated 30/07 with Complaint No. 2-38545V.
Nokia has to replace the instrument.
