Sir, I purchased Nokia N73 during July from one of auth dealer. The phone was having software bugs right from begining. Frequently it went on hanging and sometimes it switched off authomatically. Finally it became non functioinal on 20th Aug and even did not switch on. I deposted the phones with HCLNOKIA care centre at Greenpark, New Delhi on the same day. On checking the phone it was told to me that the phone is having software problems and there was no hardware defects. The phone was kept by them with Job Sheet No.1500295285 according to which it was expected to be repaired by 23rd Aug. Since the day I deposited my phone with the care centre I having been trying to contrat with their help lines but of no avail. There was only option to know status by way of sending SMS. I have sent a long of messgages from the date it was to be delivered but each time it is intimated that the phone is under repair. Even I went to the care centre on 1st Sept to know the reasons of delay but alas, they could tell me only that the set is in Noida and they are not aware about repair status. When I asked them to provide swap as per their terms and conditions but they showed indifference. It is beyond understanding as why they are delaying in repair for such a simple defect and what is the problems with their help lines. I have been embrassed by the care centre from the service they are supposed to provide. The way these care centres are working, they should be re-named as noka careless centre. Please help me to know the reasons of delay, expected delivery or availablity of swap.
