Re: Negligency of Nokia Care Personnal to Repair the mobile within Warranty Period

My Nokia Mobile Model-5610d is not working. I bought the mobile on 21 March and it is still under Warranty Period. I had given the mobile for repairing to Nokia Care situated in Thippasandra-Bangalore, on 9th September, 08. They had given me the Dispatch Date as 16 September, 08. But on 16th September they told me that there is some hardware Problem with the Mobile and they wanted another week to Dispatch the Mobile. But even on 24 September, 08 they had not repaired the mobile. They again wanted some time. I had taken my Mobile back without repaired and I will give it to any other Nokia Care Center in Bangalore.

I am not happy with the services of Nokia Care-Thippasandra (Bangalore). I am planning to take this issue to Consumer Court if they will not do any steps regarding my Complaint.
