I had purchase nokia N-70 M edition from Mobile store from Sarojini Nagar New Delhi on 30.05. But its blue tooth USB cable as well as Memory was not working properly. After handover the same at Nokia care Centre at Green Park New Delhi on 05th or 6th Sept.08 The same was return to me on 10th Sep08 with another defect which was not at the time of handover the same on first time vide Job sheet No.1500298965. On the same day I again went to Nokia Care Centre as the front camera was not working and this they have given me Job sheet No. 1500299767 But it is very shocking that the two Mobile Nos given on the job sheet i.e. 9818332850/9871973743 always remain switch off and also the helpline Nos 9810545036/9810543401/9910389525 never connected and from the last two days the computerised no. from Delhi95120-2545605 is also not working from the last two days. from the date of handover thecell phone i.e. 10th Sept.08 till to date the same has not been repaired I am requesting you to kindly get my cell phone repaired immediately and over to me.
