N 70 me: music player complaint

I had purchased an N70 Music Edition from the nokia priority dealer calicut on 01/10

from july the set started malfunctioning

the problem is automatic playing of music player, automatically changing songs etc...

along with that none of the features of the phone could be used, except making a call.

i had submitted the cell phone at the nokia care centre at mavoor road. They repaired it . 2 days later the same problem repeated. so again i went to the care centre.this time they told me " This is a problem with the nokia n 70 me software, and even if it is repaired, the problem will persist"

i complained at the showroom from where i had bought it and claimed for a replacement.but they once again repaired it and guaranteed that the problem will not reccur.

but the next day itself the phone went mad... and the memmory card got corrupted and i lost all my data in it.

i submitted my phone at the showroom. after 1 week they gave me a new n70 me.

but that too is having the same problems .also a new one that i cant hear anything, while on a call.

they have once again repaired it.

i had spent an amount of Rs.12, 100/- and they have given me a damaged set. As far as to my knowledge this problem is an inborn problem of n 70 that is to say a manufacturing defect.so i claimed for a n73, which the company had been giving as a swap to those defected n70's.they told me that it was a limited offer and they cant avail it now.

i had sent an email to the nokia people and no reply yet...!!
