I had brought an handset Nokia 5310 in month of 15 April. After using for 1-2 months I found that my handset was hanging frequently and its camera and speaker was not working so good as it should be. I was using Bsnl sim card in this mobile and also using internet, I was so busy so I could not complain for this as early. then on one day I found this mobile is not accesseble for Idea sim card I wanted to change sim card with idea, then on 04 Sep I visited their service center at Civil Lines Allahabad, My Handset was taken for repairs job number is 237434038/080984/6 dated 04 Sep and they told they will give it back in a week time when it will be repairable at service centre otherwise it will take one month when it will go to company for repair. Next Week I had been told that my handset was irreparable and I have to call them after four days. Everytime when called to service centre Allahabad they said after four days. After one month when I called to delhi centre on 01 Oct on nokia care line 30303838 they told that my set has been repaired but Till Date I haven't received my handset every time I call the service center (allahabad) they tell it is not repaired and will take another four days. So replace my mobile becoz I need it urgent. Regarding this I Had logged a complaint in Nokia. This type of services are never expected by me with Nokia, I am also planning for registering complaint in Consumer court regarding the services.
