I bought Nokia 5310 Xpressmusic last year in november. It got conked out last month. When I took it to nokia care they returned it saying it was due to virus and they have formatted it. In less than 3 hrs it went bad again. I again went there, they asked me to enquire about it after a week. Then they started to lie every time I called them. Atlast I emailed nokia and my set was returned to me on 7/08/08. Again in less than 3 hrs it went to same problem.
I again emailed and they told me that they will contact me in 48 hrs. This process is getting repeated for past week. I will see for 2-3 days more. After that i will have to go to consumer forum
