Problem in mic, in Headset, on service excu

I purchased nokia 5300 in May this year. but there is no satisfying sound in mic From last month. When I gived to Service Centre for this problem they take 24 days to solve but my problem is not solved.

While giving my handset, excu. take battery also. But does not write on Jobsheet, So my battery is losed.
