Mishandling of instrument given for repai

Sir it will be of great help if you help me in the following matter.

My sister who lives in rohtak has bought a nokia handset N81 on 14th april. After two (2nd june) weeks. she went to nokia care and it got sorted it out after a week. After this, again there was some problem and at that time also she submitted it with nokia care (at rohtak) on 26th june... job sheet number-244343506/080626/41. she got her phone back on 22nd july but it’s screen was full of scratches and some water was also there inside the screen and there were some scratches on the back side also so it was in such a bad condition that she couldnt believe that it was her phone which she bought two months back. Then she called up head office and after their assurance she again got it submitted at nokia care. On 5th august she didnt collect the phone as it was in the same condition. Then she talked to Mr. Rajeev at head office... she again deposited the phone at that time job sheet no. was -244343506/080805/17 and the request no. was 2-38n7nr.she talked to Mr. Shrinivasan also on 8th august and he also assured her to do the needful. After that Mr. Malkeet singh, who is head of nokia care, called her and assured her to sort out the problem by 19th july. she called him again on 21st july and he told her to collect the handset on 23rd july.she again went to the nokia care but it was again in the same condition. So since 26th june her handset is with nokia.

As you can see that she is very frustrated now.

I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.
