Taking long time in repairing

I gave one 2626 handset to BALAJI NCC UDUPI on 19 sep for repair .the job sheet no is 374434038/080919/55.they told me that some software problem is there n we'll have to send it to banglore n it will take 15 to20 days .but till now i hav'nt got my set.

I must tell here that the company can't harass n tease its customers like this. On the name of free services they feel that they can do whatever way they think.
