Dear Sir,
I had purchased a new Nokia n96 with the IMIE no 354863020857010 on the 8th October after using it for a day I realised that there are some scratch marks & dirt inside of the phone & on the screen I was advised to get this thing rectified from the Nokia care centre. I submitted my phone on the 12th of October in the Noida Nokia care centre for that & was told that I will get it back in two days. I went on the 14th & the phone was given to me to my surprise the phone was in a very bad shape with scratches on the outer body & more scratches on the screen inside & some hairs of the brushes. I did not take the phone & instead I lodged a complaint on the Nokia customer care helpline (30303838). I was assured by them (Nokia) that the screen would be replaced & was given a complaint no (2-3G9ZAN), I was also promised that the phone would be given to me within 3 to 4 working days. on the 27th I again went to care centre & I was again given the phone in the same condition as last time. I have been trying since then to contact the Nokia care centre & the customer care helpline no but I have not been able to get any solution.
It has been almost 22 days since I had bought the phone, since then I have been facing harassment from them. I am a working man & have to sit for hours every day at the care centre just to know the status of my phone.
I would request you to please help me in this regard.
