My nokia N81 phone which was purchased on 28-07-8 from an authorised nokia priority dealer. On 3rd October the power of the mobile phone didn't switch on. So I submitted it to a authorised repair centre Crazy Infovision on 4th October (JOB SHEET NUMBER:290343506/081004/14) and today 1st of November and so when on asking the L2 department (Crazy Infovision) about the delivery of my phone they are not able to tell that how many more days it will take and then asking to the L3 department (The local repairing Head Office) about the delivery, they are asking to wait for more 2 to 3 weeks r it can take up to 2 months or so. I am very much frustrated with the pathetic service of " NOKIA " I am helpless and want some help to lodge a complain against NOKIA customer care service
