I HAD A NOKIA SET, MODEL NO. 6500, SUDDENLY MY MOBILE SET DOSEN'T SWITCH ON, I HAD GONE TO NOKIA CARE, ADDRESS IS 223 D.H.ROAD, BEHALA, KOLKATA-700 034, AND THEY DEPOSITED THE SET AND TOLD ME THAT IT HAS PROBLEM OF LCD, FLEX, SWITCH ON/OFF AND HEAD SET/PIN PROBLEM. AFTER TAKING 5 DAYS AND CHARGED RS.3700/-.AND ONE EXECUTIVE MONALISA, GAVE THE SET BACE ON 31ST OCTOBER AND TOLD THAT IF ANY PROBLEM ARISED WITHIN ONE MONTH, IT WILL BE DONE BY THEM.ON THE NEXT DAY I SAW THAT HEAD PIN/SET IS NOT WORKING, AGAIN I WENT TO THE NOKIA CARE, THAT EXECUTIVE MONALISA TOLD ME THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING, ANOTHER EXECUTIVE VIBHAS CAME AND APOLIGED AND AGAIN THEY DEPOSITED THE SET AND TOLD ME IT WILL BE FULLY RECTIFIED AND TOLD ME TO RING THEM ON THE EVENING, WHEN I RANG THEM, THEY TOLD ME THAT REPAIRING PARTS IS NOT AVAILABLE AND TAKE THE SET BACK.
