I bought a nokia n73 and a ccar charger for it. I found the car charger was faulty. Took it to nokia care and was told, it had to be replaced.their usual turn around time wud be 10 to 14 days i was told. Its more than month now and still i havent got it. When i call nokia care they ask me to call nokia customer care. When i call customer care they ask me to contact nokia care.they themselves dont know wha the problem. After a long arguement, i was asked to come one ay to collet it. When i went there, i was told it has not arived. They have given a website to check the status which is always says closed and sent to L3.They is no updation done on it. They are not ready to give a refund as well. Its more than 2 months and i have sstill not used it. Its such a poor service. Its a disgrace for a manufacturer like nokia should say they dont have their own stock. If they are care only about the expensive phone, why do they manufacture accessories and why do they provide warranty.to me
