Its high time these stupid nokia care workers creating useless arguments rather than being customer satisfaction oriented. Last 31st july i had given my nokia e 90 communicator with a camera problem... my mobile was just 4 months old and i was lot attached to my phone as it was helping me in my business... they accepted my mobile under warranty and while returning back the lcd was full of fingerprint marks and scratches were made on the body of the phone..being worse its network was completely lost after the camera being repaired... i returned it back after i day on the 7th of july and on asking to handle the phone with care they egoistically with a juvenile behaviour replied that there nokia care is the best and we are stupid customers who blame them... i hope they would have evr carried a rs.35000 mobile and felt how a customer fells when his mobile is used like useless garbage... i would like bring into notice that after each problem solved there a numerous problems that appear due to the mishandling of mobile by the nokia care employees...
sir..i will be grateful if u inestigate the matter and do something that such kind of mishandling never occur again to any custom, e
