The same problem after repairing in Nokia

DEAR SIR/MADAM,

Please notify my problem seriously i m totaly disagree from your nokia care centre. I am a resident of 523/1, Sector 45 A, CHANDIGARH, India. I have been submitted my mobile (model: N72) for 8 times.they gave me new handset but this set also got new new problems daily. i handed over to nokia care on dated 27-09-07, and till today 15-10-07 the status of my cell is "HANDSET IS NOT READY.PLEASE TRY LATER". I am not able to understand what the hell are they doing with my handset. Why dont they give the satisfactory result in first time? please have a serious look on this matter. So kindly do the needful. If there will no responce i will go to Consumer Court.
