Faulty handset and poor service

I am absoulutely fed up and frustrated with nokia handsets and its poor service, my 5 month old nokia n85 was not getting charged so i took it to nokia care on 14th august they said it is going to take 14 days to repair, so after 14days i went back to the care and they said that it got replaced, so i got the new phone and came home, it was saturday. I came home and when i put the new phhone to charge it was charging but unfortunately got restarted every 15mins when put to charge! So the next day i couldnot take it to nokia care as it was sunday, so on monday at 10am i took my cell and went to the care and reported my problem, they said they are investigating the issue and kept me waiting for nearly 2 hours, and after a while they said it is working fine now! But then when i inserted my sim card and put it to charge again and found the same problem! The care representatives behave very rudely and keep harrassing us! And fail to provide with any solutions. God knows how long they will take to resolve the problem!
