Nokia care bolangir people damage my mobile and return unrepaired

Sir,

nokia care bolangir people DAMAGED my nokia n70 mobile and return, soing thair unability to repiir, i send my n 70 by dt.27.04.09, vide job sheet no 090427-252 witha complain of low hearing, rest of all in my mobile is allright, they open it n request to leave the same for 2 / 3 days, after 3 days they again request for three days and finally they return soing thair unability to rectify the priblem,

but we surprise to found that my mobile is tottaly not any sound in hearing, i mean nothing heared in mobile and total important data -phonebook, all masages, all calender entyries are deleted.

know its useless to me

please take nessery action againt THESE UNRESPONSIBLE NOKIA CARE BOLANGIR people, or do the need full to close them, which helping other from hehesement.
