I had purchased a nokia3230 on september year 2006. In the month of april the battery of the phone started giving me trouble. It gets very hot while charging and after some time i my self checked the bettery and found that it was also out of shape. I took it to nokia service centre and explain them the problem but instead of helping me they just told me to replace the battery. And were not ready to say anything about the quality of the battery and the reason why it goes out of shape in just one and half year. Now i am ready to replace the battery and ask for a new one. The price for new battery they told me is Rs.1480 which is to high. This company is selling new colour cellphones of different models in the price range of Rs.1500 to Rs.2000 but they wants Rs.1480 tax for replacement battery. I dont know the intention of nokia but i can tell the indian public that they are playing game with their customers. I was having a wrong impression for nokia in the past but now have rectified my self and NOKIA has lost one of it regular customer.
