NOKIA / cell phone 5220music express
No reply on repair of submited cell phone

My cell phone NOkia 5220 music express, on 29th April submit to panvel sec5 NOKAI care gallario for it's hanging solving problem, and inability to do downloand from phone to PC.

I had given with a small slip and not a proper jobcard, after making them understand they provided me temporary phone (lower version of cell phone) to serve my purpose, but no satisfactorily reply what the did with my cell phone? this is 2nd time i gave the phone for problems to solve in my cell.

are they unable to solve or whether it was sent to NOKAI company? I 'm expiditing with NOKIA CARE gallerio. pls suggest.
