Phone Hang on very 1st day of Purchase

The Hand set was purchased from Mobile Store limited, 26/6 Dr. PT LAHA Street, Rishra/Hooghly on 21.11.08.

Within one hour the phone found to be hanged. We contacted the Mobile Store. The store had kept the mobile for one month to arrange required servicing from Nokia Centre. Ultimatly they had asked us for payment for repairing.

Why one should pay reparing charge after purchasing mobile within one hour.

Kindly look in to the matter. I am very much mentally disturbed and plan to take the matter with consumer court unless otherwise the complaint is not properly addressed.
