Set Dead twice in occassion

I have purchased Handset model 3600 (IMEI no:3557060-27249096) from my local Dealer 'NEW KALYANI ELECTRONICS" on 6th DEC with a price of worth Rs.9950.After two months the set become in operative and totally dead. On receipt of complaint the above mentioned dealer sent the Hand set to the following authorised service centre.

After three weeks of their so called servicing, I received my set. But the same problem faced again on 22nd May 09 . The dealer did the same action as earlier and received the Hand set after a week. During this time I have demanded for new hand set as Warranty but dealer denied.

Now the same hand set failed finaly in the next date of receipt i.e on 26th May.

Under this circumstances I would request to redress this problem and claim for new set or equivalant money back.
