I am Regulary facing the problems in my Nokia Handset 6500 Slide which is still under warranty. Even the Nokia Care Center got it repaired several times but still the problems can't be rectified. As i deposited the set on 5th. Oct.2009 but still no status has been updated to me.
As the Handset falls under the warranty status therefore i want it replaced with the new one. But my Company is regularly giving me excuses. They are not providing me with any details or updations.
I request that revert to this attempt asap.
