Complaint with Nokia 6500C

SIr,

i purchased Nokia 6500 Classic from Nokia Priority, Trivandrum, on 28th Jan. Since then i have been having problems. First the phone used to get stuck, when i took it to nokia care they said that they have an upgraded version and loaded that.

Now the phone gets stuck and the charger is not working. Please help me to replace the phone with a different model.
