I've Nokia N95.

My display (screen) went blank in Jan 09, So I went to Nokia Customer Care, Koramangala. My cell was under warrenty till March 09. They fixed it and said it was because of Virus in my memory card. However thing worked fine till 15th May 09 when the same problem repeated. I went back to NCC, Koramangala and they said that the display had gone bad and since it is not under warranty, they charged me 2300Rs. Everything looked fine for a week from them and my display went bad again. I went back to NCC and they said they will check and get back, after 45 mins they come with an old display which had lots of scratches on it and started to blame me that if I had replaced the display 1 week back, how can my dispaly have scratches on it. (They were referring to the scratched on the the inside of the diplay, the steel cover). I replied to them, they need to answer that how could they charge me 2300rs when they have either not fixed a new display at all or put in some old display from some other mobile. Prakash, their manager then comes and says that he wil get this fixed without any charges, but they don't have a display card currently. He wil call me in 2-3 days n let me know when the part comes and the mobile is fixed.

This is called "Day light Cheating"
