I have been using gprs service for about one month.when i called customer care almost one month back to activate gprs on my sim to use the internet, that time i got connected to customer care easily. Now i need to deactivate that.but, when i am calling to customer care then there is nobody to talk with me. Instead of that there is a option to submitt the query.i did that but eventhough they didnot responded and now next month charge will be deducted from my balance. this is truely is bluff with the customers.
