I have a digital cinema in Petlad, Gujarat. For that I purchased one digital server from Adlabs cinema, Mumbai a Reliance Anil Ambani group company. This server is used to show films released with Bombay. At the time of purchase they told me that we would provide you digital copies of all films to show in my cinema. I purchased this server on 21/07. It cost me Rs. 3, 65, 000/-. For one and half year they give me proper service but since last six months they did not service me and when I told them to give my money back they simply say no. Then to continue my cinema I have to purchase another digital server from UFO Co. LTD
Now I don’t know how can I receive my money back as Adlabs cinema is a very big company and govern by Reliance Anil Ambani group.
The amount of server is very small for Adlabs cinema but very huge for me.
Please help me.
