Hi

I gave my Nokia E51 phone for repair to Nokia care centre near Hari Nagar Depot. They kept my phone for more than a month by now. The problem was with its phone glass which needed to be replaced. i was told that the whole of its back body will be replaced. As per my understanding it should not have been the solution. But I agreed thinking that they are experts and know the job. After one month, they called me and said that it is done. When I went to take my phone, I was shocked to know that the body was changed but my main problem i.e. the broken glass remained as it was a month back. Lady (Kamal, i think) said that they need another 3 to 4 days. I have given them their desired time. I do not think that they will be able to do anything in this direction. Enen if they do, the million dollar question is why have they taken such a long time, why I was advised that its body will be replaced when I wanted to have its camera glass replaced, why do they give commitment if they can not do it.

Nokia Management please wake up. Your customers are being cheated.
