Not working properly

Dear Sir,

i have purchase nokia e51 from nokia priorty dealer named DIVINE CELL PHONES, vapi on 27-3-08. details of phone are as follows:-

As per dealer the problem was with battery so he replaced the battery after approval from mumbai nokia care but still the problem was not solved so i handed over the phone to the dealer .i m suffering from last one and half month.
