I had given my new nokia E51 for repairs under warranty on 30th June and was told that it will be ready in maximum 15 days. The screen went blank. Till date they have not given it back and are asking for another 15 days. The reason being given is lack of spares. how can a company like Nokia bring new models in the market if they do not have spares for customer service? Their customer service staff is very curt and they are refusing to give any alternate or back up help.
